NARAXIA is not certified, accredited, or endorsed by any regulatory authority unless expressly stated in a verified, current public claim. References across these documents and public-facing pages to applicable laws, regulations, frameworks, or standards, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, the Saudi PDPL, the UAE PDPL and similar regimes, indicate design intent and architectural alignment only. Such references do not constitute a representation, warranty, certification, audit result, regulatory approval or assurance of legal compliance. Customers and Authorized Country Partners remain responsible for their own compliance assessments and obligations under applicable law.
Controlling Language
These documents may be issued in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is the controlling version for interpretation and enforcement in jurisdictions where Arabic is the official language, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the mainland United Arab Emirates and other GCC member states, unless mandatory law or the relevant contract provides otherwise. The English version is the controlling version in jurisdictions where English is the working language of the courts or regulatory authority, including the Dubai International Financial Centre, the Abu Dhabi Global Market and the European Union, unless mandatory law or the relevant contract provides otherwise.
NARAXIA maintains a bilingual change-control process so that any amendment, update or republication is reflected in both language versions concurrently.

This website and the NARAXIA Platform are operated by NARAXIA EOOD, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. “NARAXIA” is the trading name of NARAXIA EOOD.
