Acceptable Use Policy
Rules governing acceptable use of the NARAXIA Platform.
Prohibited use
Customers must not use the Platform to: violate law or third-party rights, or process data without a lawful basis; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security or governance controls; or use AI capabilities for prohibited high-risk purposes outside agreed governance controls.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of the data they submit, for configuring access appropriately, for maintaining human oversight of AI-assisted outputs in their environment, and for compliance with sector regulations applicable to their own operations.
