AI Transparency Notice
How NARAXIA approaches transparency, responsible AI, and the limits of AI-assisted outputs.
Transparency
Where you interact with AI-assisted features, NARAXIA is designed to make that interaction apparent, to indicate where human intervention applies, and to log activity to support auditability. These are design-level commitments; outcomes of any production audit will be described only once such audits exist.
Responsible AI
NARAXIA is designed and developed with the objective of aligning with internationally recognized AI-governance principles, including those reflected in the EU AI Act, such as human oversight, risk management, transparency, data governance, technical documentation and auditability. The Platform is intended to support professional decision-making and must not be presented as replacing qualified human judgment. NARAXIA does not claim certification under the EU AI Act or full legal compliance across all use cases, jurisdictions or deployment models.
Human oversight
Human accountability precedes autonomy. High-impact actions, particularly in healthcare and finance, are designed to preserve human review, approval, escalation and override. The Platform does not replace qualified professionals or their responsibility.
AI limitations
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by qualified humans before reliance, particularly for clinical, financial or legal use. Outputs do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for validating outputs within their own regulatory context.
